It is not hard to look great and you  can improve the way you look and feel in a few days without spending  much time or money. Lack  of sleep makes your mind function slowly and your appearance awful.  Stand up straight. Smell good: Always put on  a fragrance. People are attracted to those who smell good. Not only  this, but it will give your self confidence a boost too.
Take good care of your skin: Wash  your face at least twice a day gently Use an exfoliater once a week to  remove dead skin. Also use a good quality sun screen to protect your  skin from the harmful effects of the sun.
Exercise: Exercise is  important to improve your body and keep you in shape. Research shows  that people who exercise regularly not only live longer but stay happier  and look better.
Look at the bright side of the picture: Frowning causes wrinkles faster than smiling and makes you look less 
attractive. Always keep a positive rather than negative attitude. The way you think, reflects on the way you look.
Quit smoking. Smoking  releases millions of free radicals and these are not good for your body  or your skin. So try to quit smoking as soon as possible.
Keep yourself busy:  Engage yourself in new things. Get involved in a sport, or learn a new  language. You can also do some voluntary work to help others. The  pleasure gained doing a good deed or associating yourself with the needs  of the community.
